✨ On Thursday evening, the Romanian Cultural Institute in London hosted the March recital in the Enescu Concert Series, featuring two outstanding young Romanian musicians who are rapidly gaining international recognition: soprano Ana Godoroja and pianist Andra Băcilă.
🎶 The concert, entitled Tale of a Woman, was warmly received by a large and enthusiastic audience and took listeners on a musical journey celebrating female sensitivity, strength and resilience. Dedicated to Women’s Month, the programme unfolded as a symbolic narrative, portraying the life journey of a woman tested by fate, shaped by folk tradition and inner strength.
💫 Tenderness and nostalgia intertwined throughout the evening, creating a captivating artistic experience for everyone present.
The evening was opened by Aura Woodward, Director of the Romanian Cultural Institute London, who introduced the artists and, as always, thanked the audience for their continued support.
👏 Congratulations to Ana-Maria Godoroja and Andra Băcilă for a fantastic debut on the stage at 1 Belgrave Square!
