Orchids of Romania at the Prestigious RHS Orchid Show

We had a wonderful time at the beautiful RHS - Royal Horticultural Society Garden Wisley yesterday, for the closing day of the popular RHS Orchid Show. 🌸

Researcher and visual artist Nora De Angelli presented a captivating glimpse into Romania’s wild orchids through a striking selection of photographs and an engaging talk attended by specialist horticulturists and a wider audience.

Following a first successful day at the Royal Horticultural Society’s Orchid Show, where researcher and visual artist Nora De Angelli introduced the visitors to the fascinating story of Romania’s wild orchids, we’re preparing for the closing tomorrow and for the opening of the full exhibition at the Romanian Cultural Institute in London next week.

For those interested to visit the show at RHS Garden Wisley, Dr. De Angelli will give a second talk tomorrow, 15 March, at 11:30am. The title of her presentation is “The Science of Seduction: How Orchids Hack the Senses of the Insect World”.
