About the event
We are happy to kick off our 2025 programme with a special event that revisits the history and charm of Romania’s capital city, Bucharest, with a strong accent on its golden age: the interwar period. Organised in partnership with the Museum of Bucharest and supported by the Romanian Embassy and the General Consulate of Romania in London, the celebration comprises the Private View of the "Bucharest: Moving Maps" exhibition and a concert of Romanian interwar music featuring the iconic melodies of Jean Moscopol, Sergiu Malagamba, Ionel Fernic, and other musical legends of the time.
The event is dedicated to Romania's National Culture Day, celebrated every year on 15 January.
Special guests: Adrian Majuru, Director of the Museum of Bucharest, baritone Cozmin Sime, guitarist and composer Heiko Pape and pianist Giulia Glennon.
Join us for a journey back in time, where elegance and enchantment come alive!
